How can I tell which side of the sheet has the stickers?

We designed our labels with precise cuts to avoid printer jams, which can make it difficult to see at first. It may help to adjust your lighting or bend the corner of the sheet to peel up the closest label.

Are your labels compatible with both laser and inkjet printers?

Yes! Other brands create labels specifically for either laser printers or inkjet ones. Our laser and inkjet labels are compatible with both types of printers so you can print at home, the office, and beyond.

Which direction should I feed the label sheets into my printer?

It depends on your printer model. To determine whether you should place the sheet sticker-side up or down into the paper tray, test print one label to see which side of the paper is printed on.

I printed a sheet and the alignment is off. How do I fix it?

Here are a few tips to troubleshoot:

  1. Check that the sheet is properly loaded in the paper tray. Some printer models have an adjustable guide to ensure the paper doesn’t shift while feeding into the printer.
  2. Make sure you use the template’s default margins. 
  3. In your print settings, check that the scale is at 100% and not scaled to fit the page.
