  1. Find Your Printer's Brand and Model: Look at the front or back of your printer. Example: HP LaserJet Pro M404dn, Brother HL-L2350DW, Canon imageCLASS LBP6230dw.
  2. Go to the Manufacturer’s Website: Click your brand below or Google “[Brand] printer drivers”: HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, Lexmark, Samsung (Now HP)
  3. Enter Your Printer Model: Use the search bar on the support page. Type in your full printer model (e.g., “HP LaserJet Pro M404dn”).
  4. Choose Your Operating System: Most websites auto-detect Windows 10/11, but confirm it’s correct. Select your version if prompted.
  5. Download the "Full Driver" or "Printer Driver" Package: Look for terms like “Full Software Solution” or “Printer Driver.” Avoid basic/universal drivers.
  6. Install the Driver: Open the downloaded file and follow prompts (may require restart).
